This FID Adjustable Bench uses a easy to adjust steel ladder for adjusting the back rest angle. There are 6 rungs allowing for a total of 6 backrest positions from a decline of -20 degrees, next to a flat bench position, and then steadily increasing all the way up to an upright position of 85 degrees.
The variety of positions offered on this adjustable bench will allow you to perform all of the the essential lifts including (but not limited to) the decline bench press, standard bench press, various incline bench presses, military press, and the shoulder press.
